Tottenham Hotspur seems to go major changes

The start of the season of Tottenham Hotspur leaves more to be desired and major changes are expected to be done in the squad of Mauricio Pochettino in the January transfer window with hopes that the arrival of new players can help solve some of the problems that the Premier League club has been experiencing recently.

Tottenham Hotspurs is rumored to be preparing an offer in the region of £20m in order to sign Jay Rodriguez from Southampton. Jay Rodriguez has just finished going through the final stages of his recovery from an injury he picked up which forced him to stay out of the playing grounds for around 6 months with a knee injury but Pochettino seems to be interested in working together once more with Jay Rodriguez.

Morgan Schneiderlin is another player who is in the radar of Pochettino and an offer is expected to be done in January when the transfer window re-opens. However, in order for the Argentine manager to launch any decent and good enough bids for his winter targets, a number of fringe players are set to be sacrificed.

Andros Townsend, Aaron Lennon, Roberto Soldado, Paulinho, MousaDembele and Kyle Naughton are the players that all signs are pointing towards as they could be sold or used as bait in order to attract the attention of the players that Pochettino wants to sign.

Mauricio Pochettino is not sure about the quality of some of his players and he is willing to allow some of them leave or simply sell them and bring in new performers to the team that already have demonstrated their abilities and quality in other teams.

Another player that is on the wish-list of Pochettino is the Colombian forward Teofilo Gutierrez who plays for River Plate. Pochettino has already displayed his desire in signing a number of attacking players as the manager believes that one of the main reasons on why the season of Tottenham Hotspurs has been so inconsistent is because of his squad not having enough firepower and now Pochettino is aiming to sign a few offensive players to solve this issue.
